|How do I create an account?|
|1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

|How much is my shipping?|
|Cost for shipping will ultimately depend on the size of your order and specifically the weight. We use real-life quotes for shipping based on our estimated weight of your product order. UPS is our current provider but in efforts to keep shipping costs low (yes, we are trying), we will use USPS Priority Mail if it's less expensive for soil amendments. It is our choice - if you must have UPS, FedEx or USPS, please let us know at the time of order in a separate email. Additional handling charges may apply.
For calculation purposes, we estimate that for customers in the states on the western coast (WA, OR, MT, ID, WY, CO, UT, NV, CA and AZ), where we use ground primarily, cost will be 20% of the cost of the order with a minimum charge of $15. There are some economies of scale for larger orders.
For our customers in the other contiguous states, we will use Express or 3-day air or USPS Priority Mail. The cost of shipping will be approximately 30% of the cost of the order with a minimum charge of $15. Again, some economies of scale will result for large orders. However, if a plant is extra large, cost to ship may be higher. This is especially true for the trees and aspera cultivars.
For our customers in HI and AK, we will use USPS Priority Mail and estimated cost is 35% with a minimum charge of $15.
Please feel free to place products in your basket, enter your contact information and find out the exact cost for shipping. Orders will not be processed unless you 'Submit Order'. You may 'logoff' at any time or delete your entire shipping cart.
We ship on Mondays and Tuesdays (occassionally Wednesdays for WA and OR). If there is a holiday, we may need to delay shipping. We typically don't ship in extreme heat or cold. Historically, we don't ship December 15th thru January 15th.

|When will my order ship?|
|We will ship your hydrangeas on the first Monday or Tuesday after the order date (cut-off is typically Monday at noon, EST), or on a later date if you make a specific request on the order form, and typically ship two or three-day service depending on weather conditions.. We don't ship on holidays. To our customers in colder environments, we suggest Spring ship dates after the threat of frost is gone. If your temperatures are above 85 degrees, please select an alternative and later ship date.

You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
